Kim Newton is a mother of 4 children. It was very stressful, trying to get a work schedule that would fit in with school and daycare hours. I found myself rushing through traffic and telling my 6year old boys, that they could not play in little league sports simply because we would never make it in time. I would listen to my mother saying she wish she could get off in time to help. Funny thing is she worked in a daycare facility and had done so for over 13 years. Even though she was in a situation to help others, she was unable to help her grandchildren.
Driving home one day after work, I began to brainstorm on what I could do to make my life a little less stressful and at the same time be able to get my children where they needed to be each day on time. Kid Priority Shuttle was created with the guidance of Laura Smith, former president of My Kid Shuttle, Inc. This is a service that is in high demand, yet there are very few that are licensed and fully insured. With having children of my own and my mom ;having several grandchildren safety is constantly an issue. This is why KPS is fully committed to working as a team with parents to ensure safe & reliable transportation to all children.
